Back parts of the brain take care of vision, hearing, movement%u2014how we know and interact with the world. In addition, the brain has two hemispheres, two halves. Broadly speaking, one half is busy thinking in words and definitions, and the other half handles seeing colors and shapes, hearing sound, and pulling it all together.While the different parts of the brain have to work together to walk, speak, and do the things we do, these parts of the brain may not be working as closely together as they could.
