It helps a lot in staying clean.And after the course, you have access to trained professional support on TM anywhere in the world, and for the rest of your life.What about alcohol and cigarettes?Excellent question, since in many countries more than half of violent crimes involve alcohol, and smoking is a huge contributor to poor health.
