98A lot of jobs involve a tremendous amount of routine. There doesn%u2019t seem to be much chance to display creative intelligence there.Routine work is necessary for progress, yet we%u2019ve all experienced the boredom and frustration it can bring. The paradox of productivity is that habitually focusing the mind during routine work keeps the awareness within narrow boundaries, restricting broad comprehension. This restriction to the full expression of creative intelligence obstructs our growth and makes life uncomfortable. This becomes a seed for frustration and discontent, which find expression in suffering and negativity. What is needed is some way for awareness to grow, for creativity and intelligence to express themselves. This is exactly what the TM program does.
